General Features
Airpot’s pneumatic accessories and filter/pressure regulation system provide engineers, designers, and manufacturers with precise control, optimal air quality, and correctly sized components required to fully utilize the unique anti-friction technology. Each Airpel-FFR system is a modular air preparation system consisting of components selected by Airpot engineers with many years of experience in applying low-friction pneumatic products for motion control. This system is specifically designed for Airpel cylinders where low friction and hysteresis, long service life, reliable operation, and performance under extreme temperatures are essential requirements.
Available in compact or standard configurations for moderate or high flow rates, Airpel-FFR systems are equipped with either standard or precision regulators for accurate control and high sensitivity in demanding applications—particularly at low speeds or where strict pressure specifications must be maintained. All Airpel-FFR systems include dual filter modules designed to remove particles, dust, oil, moisture, and mist down to a minimum size of 0.01 micrometers, ensuring the recommended quality of clean, dry compressed air required for optimal operation of Airpel cylinders.
